Over view : Stress is a word that is commonly used, from School going children to elderly Adults.
The word stress is used when we feel that everything seems to have become too much -we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us.
Living with high levels of stress, can put your entire well-being at risk. Stress wreaks havoc
on your emotional equilibrium, as well as your physical health. It narrows your ability to think
clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life.
Often we blame the external environment for our Stress, failing very much to understand that
we have attracted them to our life, knowingly or unknowingly
1. Enabling the participants to understand and handle Stress by using the ancient
science of Inner Engineering.
2. Exploring the various causes of stress, understanding them and overcome stressful
situations in life by looking inwards rather than outwards.
3. Understanding the Inner science of relationships
4. Approaching stressful situations positively and Learning from them
5. Tools and Techniques to lead a Stress free life (Breathing techniques, Meditation etc.

I came with Little doubts, Worries and Stress. Learnt about different planes which gave a idea how soul travel and all about rebirth. And a brief about chakras and a feelings attached to it. Post Lunch breathing exercise and meditation was the highlight. On total had a wonderful experience sir. Looking forward for more sessions so that we stay on track.
